Chocolate Caramel Cake

1 dark chocolate cake mix
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping, thawed

Bake cake according to package directions in 9"x13"x2" pan. While cake is still warm, poke holes in cake with handle of a wooden spoon. Pour caramel topping over warm cake. Then pour condensed milk over cake. Cool completely, and frost with thawed topping.

Makes a great ooey, gooey, moist dessert.

Pumpkin Custard

1 Jell-O sugar-free vanilla pudding snack

1/2 cup pumpkin puree (canned)

1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, and/or cinnamon or nutmeg

Mix until custard is perfectly creamy and ENJOY!
